When stress is held in the body, symptoms can persist in ways that don't always make sense at first glance. This work looks beneath those patterns and begins there.
We don't just treat symptoms. We look at patterns — and we look deeper than most providers do. Your body isn't random; it adapts. Over time, stress (physical, emotional, or both) shapes how your system functions.
This work combines multiple approaches to understand those patterns fully — nothing guessed at — and help your system shift out of survival mode and into better regulation.
Dr. Ben's work is grounded in a simple belief: the body holds more than structure alone.
Alongside chiropractic care, Dr. Ben draws on Neuro-Emotional Technique, Applied Kinesiology, and Quantum Neurology to explore how unresolved stress, injury, and emotional patterns may be shaping the way the nervous system responds. His training in functional medicine — including the ability to order and interpret functional lab work — adds another layer, helping identify what's actually driving symptoms, not just where they show up.
With nearly two decades in practice, his focus has shifted toward this whole-person model — care shaped by what the nervous system reveals, not just where a symptom happens to show up.
This work may resonate if something still feels unresolved — if you've tried different approaches but continue to experience tension, fatigue, stress, pain, or symptoms without a clear explanation.
It may be a fit if you're navigating:
When the nervous system stays in a protective state, the body can only do so much healing.
This work is about creating the conditions for change — not by forcing the body, but by helping it feel safe enough to shift.
For many people, this is where things begin to make sense. This work looks past structure alone, to the patterns within your nervous system that shape how you feel, function, and heal.

Clinic Director, B.Sc. Public Health Studies, Certified Yoga Instructor
Vanessa grew up with medical doctors for parents — but it was holistic approaches to health that captured her attention early on.
That pull shaped her path: an associate degree in Peace & Conflict Studies, viewed through a sociological lens, followed by a bachelor's degree in Public Health Studies with a focus on Community Health Promotion — along with a yoga teaching certification, and a lasting belief that health is true wealth, worth investing in.
Her vision from the start was to work inside an integrative health practice. Today, she does exactly that — alongside her husband, Dr. Ben — building a space for people ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work of healing.

Care here isn't only about what we do, but how the space feels. Buddy, our hypoallergenic clinic dog, is part of that rhythm.
He's full of personality and genuinely loves meeting new people — making friends with everyone who walks through the door.
Patients who meet him once tend to come back looking forward to seeing him just as much as their appointment.
